We are open about ALL our costs - no surprises!
We have written our prices as clear as possible.
You are welcome to contact us about the price of your clean and the length it will take for us to complete what you want done.
Some cleaning that is difficult for any reason may cost more but we would communicate directly with you if this is the case.
If on arrival the clean is different than described, we will contact you first.
Note that our hourly rates are per hour per cleaner, and include GST.
Regular Cleaning Service $50 per hour (minimum 2 hours per clean)
All One-time Cleans $65 per hour (e.g. Spring, End of Tenancy, Moving House, Pre-Sale)
Office Regular Cleaning $50 per hour (see below for any rubbish removal)
Oven Cleans See our Oven Clean Services page to work out your type of oven
- Standard (600mm) Wall Oven $165
- Standard (600mm) Double Wall Oven $210
- Standard (600mm) Stand Alone Oven $220
- Large Freestanding or Wall Oven $275
- Special Design Oven $310
If the oven is particularly dirty, and/or has a lot of parts and racks to it, it may take longer, for which time we would charge by our normal hourly rate of $60 per hour.
Short Notice Cleans are $95 per hour
Toilet Bowl Lime Scale Cleaning is $120 per toilet
Faeces and Soiled Cleans are $120 per hour
Methamphetamine Cleans are $130 per hour plus addtional costs for product and equipment, on a case by case basis. Please see the Methamphetamine Section in our Terms and Conditions. Such cleans can be very expensive.
Rubbish or Hazardous Substance Removal
The cost is by negotiation case by case. Costs to consider for Rubbish Removal may include
- The amount, type and state of the rubbish; trailer or bin hire, tip fees, travel and labour to empty the property and dispose of the rubbish, the time spent to organize the disposal with other agencies, using our vehicle to remove rubbish, or any other disposal process.
- Bin, trailer and tip fees vary and are subject to change, so we can't list them here. Rubbish Removal can be expensive, so please contact us to discuss your needs, and how we can help you and provide you with an estimate of cost.
Taking away Rubbish by the bag - if it is 1-2 bags, $10 a bag
Travel Charges
For Regular Cleaning in the Areas listed on our website, we don’t charge a travel fee
For One Time Cleaning in the Areas listed on our website, we charge a flat fee of $30
For Cleaning in areas outside those on the website, we charge a travel fee on a case-by-case basis, usually, but not always, $15 per person, each way for every half-hour of travel.
Key Pick up and Return is $30 for around trip, across town.
Further charges may apply if we have to travel a longer distance to pick up and/or return the key
Parking Charges
If you cannot provide us with a fee-free park, we will need to charge you the cost of any parking.
Cleaning Products and Equipment
We bring our own cleaning products and equipment, so there is no cost to you. We use Detergent, Crème Cleanser, Bleach, Window Cleaner, Heavy Duty Degreaser, a Calcium, Lime and Rust Cleaner ('CLR'), and a sticker removal product. Please see our Terms and Conditions, If you want us to use something else, tell us, provide the product(s) at your cost, and any instructions on their use.
Quality of our cleaning
Any issue with our work, contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve it. If you don't and then only complain when we contact you about non-payment, that's unfair on us, and you are obliged to pay the invoice as it stands.
Our Terms and Conditions and Your Payment
Please read our terms and conditions, particularly Section Two. We are happy to do your clean for you, but first, you must make a booking. On making the booking you accept our terms and conditions when you type in your name. These include that we accept payment by internet banking or cash only (we DO NOT accept credit cards or cheques) and that payment for our cleaning services is due on the day of service, upon invoice.
Unpaid invoices after 10 days have 10% interest added and are passed onto our debt collector, in which case you are liable for any costs incurred, including debt collector’s and/or solicitor’s fees. If there is going to be an issue with payment, discuss it with us first before we start the clean. We may be able to come to some arrangement.
