There are no hidden costs or call out charges, or out-of-hours fees.

There are no travel costs within the Wellington or Lower Hutt areas listed on our websites for all cleans, but in some cases we may have to cover our costs for parking. All prices are GST inclusive.

  • All residential cleaning $45 per hour (minimum 2 hours per clean)
  • All one-off cleans $55 per hour (e.g. Spring, End of Tenancy, Moving in/out, Pre-sale/pre-renting out)
  • Oven cleans – $165 for a normal-sized oven and $220 for a large oven. If you have a double oven, an extra-large oven, or lots of dishes or racks it will cost you more as it will take longer to clean. Tell us about your oven when you make the booking.
  • All window cleans $75 per hour
  • All house-wash/water-blasting cleans $95 per hour (minimum 2 hours per clean)
  • All emergency cleans $85 per hour (last minute/same day notice)
  • All other cleans, including rubbish removal, by negotiation. Costs to consider for rubbish removal may include trailer or bin hire, tip fees, travel and labour.

NOTE: Prices are per hour per cleaner

In all cases we provide all equipment and cleaning products, unless you have a specific cleaning product you would like us to use, in which case you will supply it at your cost.

Terms and Conditions of Booking and Payment

On making the booking you accept the terms and conditions when you type in your name. These include that we accept payment by internet banking or cash only (we DO NOT accept credit cards or cheques) and that payment for our cleaning services are due on the day of service, upon invoice. Unpaid invoices after 10 days have 10% interest added and are passed onto our debt collector, in which case you are liable for any costs incurred, including debt collector’s and/or solicitor’s fees.
